RazorLAB Refund & Returns Policy

At RazorLAB, we are committed to delivering precision and quality in every project. We understand that issues can arise, and we aim to address them promptly and fairly. Please review our refund and returns policy below.

1. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Due to the bespoke nature of our laser-cutting services, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for custom or made-to-order items unless they are defective or not as specified in your approved design files. This includes errors stemming from client-supplied artwork or specifications.

2. Order Cancellations

  • Before Production: Orders can be canceled without charge if production has not commenced.
  • After Production Begins: If production has started, cancellations may incur charges up to 25% of the order value to cover materials and labor already expended.

3. Returns & Refunds

a. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective or does not match your approved specifications:

  • Notification: Contact us within 10 days of receipt at hello@razorlab.online with your order number and a description of the issue.
  • Resolution: Upon verification, we will offer a replacement, correction, or full refund, including shipping costs.

b. Non-Faulty Returns

We do not accept returns for non-faulty custom items. For non-custom items, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Faulty Items: We cover return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.
  • Non-Faulty Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Design File Responsibility

Clients are responsible for ensuring that design files are accurate and suitable for laser cutting. We offer a design checking service upon request. Errors due to client-supplied files are not eligible for refunds or free re-cuts.
